2. Technical website data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website. The provider maintains access and error logs, including your IP address and the date and time of access. We use this information to operate, maintain and protect the website.

3. Contact enquiries

The current contact form prepares an email in your chosen email application; it does not transmit your enquiry through this website. When you email us, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and message, in order to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, manage a business relationship.

Email service: Microsoft 365. According to the information provided by IP Partners about our Microsoft 365 environment, our email data is stored in Microsoft’s European Union data centre geography. Microsoft-managed replicated copies for service continuity and disaster recovery are maintained within the applicable Microsoft 365 geographic region.
This storage location does not imply that all service administration and support take place exclusively in that region.
Retention of correspondence: for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal retention obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for tracking. It does not include analytics tools, advertising or social-media tracking, embedded maps or external video services. Our hosting provider has confirmed that its hosting service does not automatically add cookies to our website. Links to external websites are subject to those providers’ own privacy notices. If we add any such service, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism before activating it.

5. Recipients and international transfers

We disclose personal data only where necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, comply with legal obligations or protect our rights. Website hosting involves processing in the United States. Our Microsoft 365 email data is stored in the European Union region as described above. Network Solutions has confirmed that the Newfold Data Processing Addendum forms part of our hosting agreement without a separate signature. For transfers from Switzerland to countries without adequate protection, the Addendum provides for Standard Contractual Clauses adapted to Swiss data protection law. 6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data concerning you, request correction or deletion where appropriate, and object to certain processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction or portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
