As a Contract Research and Manufacturing Organization (CRMO), Vio Chemicals coordinates custom synthesis, chemical process development, scale-up, sourcing and contract manufacturing through trusted partners for intermediates, excipients and specialty chemicals.

Sourcing, supplier qualification & on-site assessment

We coordinate the global sourcing of intermediates, excipients, raw materials and specialty chemicals through one central point of contact. Before recommending a new manufacturer, we conduct a structured supplier assessment covering quality standards, certifications, production capacity and manufacturing experience. As a project moves forward, our local technical team can conduct on-site visits and provide a factual report with own photographs. Our colleagues in China and India can also organise and support customer audits at manufacturing sites.

Chemical process development, custom synthesis & scale-up

Our teams in China and India support laboratory-scale synthesis, route optimization and chemical process scale-up. We coordinate technology transfer to support the transition from development to manufacturing. The goal is a robust technical route that can progress from early development through pilot scale to commercial production.

GMP contract manufacturing (CMO)

Through our established partner network in India, we offer access to GMP-certified manufacturers for suitable projects. Vio Chemicals also coordinates complementary development, analytical, quality and production capabilities through its manufacturing and technical partner network. This enables a flexible, integrated route from early development to scalable manufacturing.

Analytical method development, QC testing & quality support

We provide analytical method development, QC testing and regulatory documentation support for development and manufacturing projects. Quality and compliance are considered throughout the process, from the first technical work to production readiness.
